Brizo T66640-BN Volume Control Trim Vesi 1 Lever Brilliance Brushed Nickel ADA. 

This Vesi volume control trim features 180-degree handle rotation and easy lever handle operation. Must be used with a temperature control device. Base escutcheon measures 2-13/32" square and extends 3-15/16" from the wall. One volume control is required for each outlet and every set of body sprays (up to 7.7 gpm/60 psi). Trim only (must order rough R66600 separately). Volume control has a recommended working pressure of 45-80 psi. Adjusts for wall thickness variations.
