lower 48 states and not satisfied with your purchase. So, shop with confidence.
You can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund.
To take advantage of our free returns you MUST use the USPS return service
label included with your order. If you didn't receive Merchandise Return Label, use our easy self-service
form via Contact Us page to request one.
For items returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, the original method
of payment will be refunded accompanied by an original receipts. All we ask is that
you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the
merchandise is in the same condition.
Item must be unworn, in new condition, and in the original packaging. Returns will
not be accepted if the item exhibits any obvious signs of wear.

Our self-service fullfilment center makes returns easy, and you can choose to send
your items free of charge by U.S. Postal Service or trackable UPS shipping.
Free Returns Process:
o Log into your account from the
Track My Orders
link located at the top of our site.
o Locate the order number which contains the item(s) you wish to return.
o Use our easy self-service form via
Contact Us page to request
Merchandise Return Label. You will receive your return label via email
within 48 hours.
o Mail your return via United States Postal Service (USPS) using the pre-paid Merchandise
Return Label.
o You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received.
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment center (usually within
72 hours of receipt), We'll send you a confirmation email and your refund will be
processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original
method of payment. Please allow two to three weeks for a full refund.
