SokoMali Commodity Exchange® consists of ethnic products. When you purchase an item from the SokoMali.com, you are buying direct
from us and/or our associates.
SELLING A PRODUCT
SokoMali Commodity Exchange® platform enables our associates sell and list products. There is only 1% listing fee and 9% selling fee.
At SokoMali.com, there is no membership fee. There is no limit to the number of products you can list. These is no minimum sale price for your product.
Any product will be listed on our platform for Two Months.
PRODUCT LISTING
Log in to your Account, or for a new account, click Register on our home page and complete the steps to create your account.
- Under Homepage, click Add Product on our home page and complete the steps to add your product(s).
FEATURED PRODUCTS
SokoMali Commodity Exchange® organizes items listed for sale by product categories, such as Dirac & Kitange, Cambuur & Kaftan, or Cilaan & Abaya. SokoMali.com
select the categories that is best fit for products, and buyers can browse a category for items of interest.
Categories also allow for more narrow search options. Buyers can perform keyword searches in specific categories.
PAYMENT
For all buyers, payment may be made by credit card or debit card. SokoMali uses the highest level of secure servers and encryption to protect your private information.
For International buyers, Sokomali is free and does not charge any fees. The exchange rate will be set by your bank or credit card provider who may charge an additional administration fee.
Buyers will only be charged the current price for buying products from our platform at the date you place your order. Payment is made in US Dollars. All prices displayed on our web site are inclusive of Taxes (where applicable). We reserve the right to amend prices if there is a change in the rate of your state tax percentage.
ORDER PROCESS
SokoMali.com display of products is an invitation and not an offer to sell those products to you. An offer is made when you place the order for your products and at checkout.
We take payment from your credit card, when we process your order and have checked your card details. If you enter a correct email address we will send you an order confirmation email and order update email.
Products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the product, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
DELIVERY
SokoMali.com offer delivery to local (USA) and international. For further information on delivery (including International) please see our shipping rates when adding
product to your shopping bag.
Where products are delivered to your primary address, the system will send you an order confirmation email with delivery date and our customer service department
will call you to discuss a delivery date. Deliveries of these goods will generally take a minimum of 4 to 7 days for standard delivery, 3 business days delivery, overnight delivery, or 10-15 days for International delivery.
Returns and Refunds
SokoMali.com has 30 days return policy for a full refund. Products must be in the
condition you received them and in the original box and packaging. If you're
not happy with your item, just go to our contact us page and select Returns and
Refunds as the Topic. SokoMali.com will send you a return label. We do not provide
free shipping returns.
